Arepa George
Arepa George is my favorite Colombian restaurant in Chicago. The co-owners Natalie and Juan have brought the traditional dishes and flavors of Colombia to the streets of Humboldt Park and Logan Square. They are also the only Colombian restaurant I have found in Chicago that prepares my favorite Colombian dish, Mojarra! Check out their website here.
A Special Dia De Las Velitas Podcast
Wisdom & Nonsense Episode #18 is a conversation between IIIMPULSIVEEE, Estilombia founder, Sammy, Brother and Sister Co-Owners of Arepa George; Natalie & Juan Betancour, and Maribel a representative from the National Youth Advocate Program.
We gathered at Arepa George's second location based in Logan Square. Our intention in this podcast is to foster a sense of Colombian community and promote a 2-day event we are co-hosting together for Dia De Las Velitas on December 7th & 8th 2024.
